This site contains the Patient Pathways developed by the Centre for Change and Innovation for NHSScotland.
Please be aware that clinical practice may have changed since these pathways were last updated.
The dates that particular pathways were updated can be found on the specific pathway pages.
As the Centre for Change and Innovation no longer exists, a process through which these pathways are owned and updated is under development.
Until then, there is currently no single, national process through which this happens. However, several of the pathways have been updated as part of the national 18 Weeks Referral to Treatment Time Programme; these can be found at www.18weeks.scot.nhs.uk
Where drugs are mentioned, clinicians should refer to SMC recommendations and their local formularies in order to produce a workable local version of the relevant Pathways.
